| Project Outline | The utilization planning competition of the site of main office of Korea Electric Power Corporation locates in the center of Gangnam district, due to it’s move to suburban city. The site received a lot of attention since it is the last space in the center of Seoul and neighbors Hyundai Department COEX store and COEX Mall. Domestic and foreign major companies competed for it. DTZ Korea was offered from the original client “S” company for basic planning and business potential evaluation for the entire complex facility development project. JEDI was ordered from DTZ Korea to consult and plan for commercial part with technical point of view. |
