| Project Outline | 5 years after TIMES SQUARE grand open in September 2009, this renewal project started in order to take latest trend in the facility and correspond the variable market. 47 stores moved their spots or renovated, and new 55 stores accounted for 60% of all tenants. For commercial space,we touched passage in F&B zone mainly and appealed to customers with effect instead of renew the whole facility. |
