| Project Outline | Developer, Kyungbang is a long standing spinning company has been running about 90 years. The project started to use the site of their plant effectively. It’s a notable commercial facility developed by using ”Japanese rental space system”: a style to manage continuously by getting the lease income after the facility opens, it’s popular to use ”individual lot subdivision system” though. It’s a style to sell the land in lots after a commercial facility build and finish the project. |
